This stakeholder (KIE) had a static HTML website, and they wanted to upgrade it to a dynamic database-driven tour management website with an online reservation function. The project was large and complex and required the creation of several custom post types using WordPress. I formed a development team to work with this project.
Re-design of the existing WordPress website was requested. The stakeholders wanted to keep their existing design / styles as much as possible. Their challenges were rather improving the usability of admin and the organization of the contents and site structure.
One of the oldest and finest Japanese restaurants in Scarborough had a strong patronage in the community. For the restaurant’s move to a new location, they wanted to rebrand with a strategic marketing plan.
